Norflow: software for a small maintenance business
I designed and built two connected apps, solo, to see how far one person can take the admin out of trades work. One is for the contractor, one for the homeowner.
For the contractor
Daily AI brief, schedule, clients, quotes, invoices and expenses. Drafts reminders and follow-ups for one-tap approval.
For the homeowner
A home-health score by system, DIY guides, bookings, a task list for the next visit, and an assistant that takes photos and voice in Hebrew or English.
Product decisions
Installable mobile web apps instead of app-store apps, a quarterly maintenance visit as the default plan, and every AI-drafted message held for human approval before it goes out.
